Three states, one table
I facilitate a government customer advisory group with three state agencies, so public-sector fleets can compare notes and shape what gets built next.

The problem
Public-sector fleets run into the same problems separately: who owns the telematics program, how to show it's paying off, what to ask the vendor for. The group gives them one place to work through them together.
What I did
- Facilitate the group's monthly check-in.
- Built the "Who Owns What" session pack on a day-to-day activities one-pager that a member agency shared with the group: a short list of the 12 activities where ownership is most often contested, plus a 50-activity reference.
- Facilitating the next session, on quantifying what each program returns.
The result
A standing forum the agencies come back to, rated 9/10 in post-event feedback.
